These Terms and Conditions govern access to Operatora, operated by HVSCALE SERVICES - FZCO.

1. Service Description

Operatora provides an AI workspace for e-commerce teams. The service helps merchants analyze brand context, store data, advertising signals, competitors, and creative workflows.

2. Account Access

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activity performed through their account. Connected third-party services, including Shopify and Google services, must be authorized by the account owner or an authorized representative.

3. Acceptable Use

Users may not use Operatora to violate laws, infringe third-party rights, interfere with service security, reverse engineer the platform, or submit unlawful, harmful, or misleading content.

4. Third-Party Integrations

Operatora may connect to third-party platforms such as Shopify and Google services. Those platforms remain governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Users can revoke access through the relevant third-party provider or their Operatora account settings when available.

5. AI-Generated Output

Operatora may generate recommendations, creative briefs, copy, and analysis. Users remain responsible for reviewing outputs before using them in campaigns, stores, or public communications.

6. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. By using Operatora, users agree that data may be processed to provide analysis, reporting, recommendations, and product functionality.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep Operatora available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change as the product evolves.
